How does it work

Tell us what's important to you - what emails, campaigns, and other system processes matter most.

We will run regularly scheduled tests (e.g., monthly) to make sure everything is working correctly and that there are no issues.

If there are issues, we will fix them at no additional cost.

We will review the rest of your platform and determine if anything is broken, if there are opportunities to get more value (low hanging fruit), or if there are some proven practices that aren't being followed.

For everything that we monitor, we resolve the issues at no extra cost, and if you want to take advantage of opportunities we uncover or improve existing processes based on proven practices, our standard hourly charges will apply.
