In our Challenges CMO’s Face series, we talked about the fact that CMOs are expected to be growth drivers, but often are pulled in so many directions that they find it challenging to focus on what’s important. In this episode of TegTalks with a Strategist, I have the pleasure of sitting down with Rolly Keenan, Tegrita’s new Chief Revenue Officer, to talk about growth. An important part of the CRO role is obviously revenue growth and there are many strategies to hitting aggressive revenue targets. Rolly shared the yogurt growth model with me, and I was in awe of the simplicity yet effectiveness of the model. We took a seat on the couch to share it with you and talk about why it’s valuable. The bottom line… it’s about FOCUS!
